3. Payments & Subscriptions
All services are subject to agreed fees and payment terms. Payments must be made in full and on time as stipulated in the official invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. Subscription-based services will be renewed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, documentation, strategies, and resources developed by or for Peritus Consultant Agency are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No part may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Any unauthorized use will be considered a breach of these Terms and may lead to legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Peritus Consultant Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. While we strive to ensure accuracy and efficiency, outcomes may be influenced by third parties (e.g., government institutions) beyond our control. 6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. Termination may also occur if fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected. Clients may cancel their agreements with a written notice, subject to refund policies and minimum service commitments outlined in the original contract.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or announcement on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
